Alpha 0.19 — display & accessibility settings

Alpha 0.19 is focused on making the game feel better on more setups. There's now an on-screen controls guide during the tutorial that adapts to whether you're on keyboard and mouse or a gamepad, a new Giant UI scale option for larger displays, and dedicated frame rate limit and VSync settings to keep things smooth and tear-free.

We also tightened up how Points of Interest unlock, refreshed the rail junction visual, and fixed a batch of bugs around UI scaling, tips, and audio.
