Alpha 0.18 — background play & rail junctions

Alpha 0.18 brings a handful of quality-of-life improvements. The biggest: the game now keeps running while its window is unfocused or in the background, so your network keeps moving even when you tab away.

On top of that, rail lines that cross without sharing a station now show proper junction visuals, buildings pulse when they have an upgrade you can afford, and we cleaned up the early Yellow and Purple Line layouts. Rounding it out is a set of bug fixes and stability improvements.
